All - As some of you may know I have been working with JFK aka Jay Fresh Kicks over some time now on various projects. He is a Producer/Artist from the N. VA area and has recently signed a publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing. Below is part of an email that he sent me. DMV What Up!!! As promised I am delivering the first cut from the "JUST FOR KICK$" project! The first ever "Kixtape". I dedicate this project to the like minded masses of "heads" that embrace this superb culture of Hip-Hop and of course sneakers and fashion. I am bringing this to you as an authentic take on the path that I took from dreaming of stardom in the music industry to MAKING these DREAMS a REALITY! Following my recent signing to Universal Music Publishing (home to artists such as.. Polow the Don, Keri Hilson, Chris Brown & T-Pain) and heading up my own new label HOLLAFAME MUSIC. I have been blessed to rise from a part time sales associate with aspirations to take over the game, to one of the hottest up and coming Producer/Artists in the game today!
